No higher or other accepted authority exists in relation to the Commonwealth, its appearance or control of its as yet unseen but not unknown lands, than the Creator. In other words the Provisional Government of the Commonwealth of Peace is the only legitimate authority for the long Promised Land. The relevant Guidance of the Creator is not specifically provided by or to any religion, nation or corporation. It is provided first hand by the Creator to individuals who heed the Creator's means of communication; see Numbers 12:6.

Our betting site is the only one in the world with betting based on upcoming Acts of God (the Creator indicated implementing this means of raising funds). Part of the proceeds of donations will provide tokens with which you can bet, and win prizes. The balance will go to GodOfDreams.com to pay preteen children by the word, in conjunction with firstspells.com, to recall disaster dreams, so the loss of lives in major Acts of God can be preempted. Foreknowledge of these events was provided by that Source prior to the events and by doing so it provides us with indisputable authority for our provisional government and upcoming nation no others can claim without proving similar ability and knowledge.

CPrize Foundation Inc undertakes to establish and operate the international lottery by emulating existing lotteries for regular action for the Commonwealth of Peace’s provisional government. The lottery shall in turn provide funds for two technology challenges posted on CPrize.org and to fund the creation of the infrastructure of the large island nation, the Commonwealth of Peace, due to appear (pinpointing the exact date of its cataclysmic appearance is a future bet) and pioneered within the following year. One challenge creates the means for protecting humanity from the perils of the battle of Armegeddon, a new means of high speed transportation, and the other from untimely death due to firearms. No government has expressed interest in such solutions so it is beholden on believers to support what the Creator has provided to solve these two of many vexing problems that threaten life or deprive the world of peace. They both constitute 'insurance policies', one for two Acts of God with the added benefit of high speed, non-polluting transportation, and one for saving lives from policing actions.

There is no specific amount in the pool, it will grow according to disaster insurance donations. The foreseen event must occur within a given set of dates (10 days) or disbelievers get to win the bet.

Timing on events such as disasters provides betting opportunities similar to a race or baby pool. Earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis occur irregularly, however significant events are foreseen via our dreams or visions, sometimes with discernable dates.
